Did you watch the finale of “The Sopranos” last night? I thought show creator David Chase did a bad of sending off the series. What was with the final 30 seconds? What the hell was he thinking?

I suppose they have to do “The Soprano” movies now. Maybe that’s what he did what he did. Seriously, I thought the fans deserved more. Chase is so creative and has a talented cast, and that final episode was blah. Well, the car crushing Phil’s head was kind of cool and the crazy cat, but over all it was lame.

I’m sure we’ll get the scoop this summer at TCA (Television Critics Association), but I’m not sure I’ve ever seen such a whatever kind of ending. I expected more.

And did you happen to catch the premiere of “John From Cincinnati?” Were you confused? Join the club. But I’m fascinated at the same time. That’s what David Milch (“Deadwood”) does. He freaks you out and fascinates you at the same time. I encourage you to give “John” a chance, because the show comes into focus during the second and third episodes. Still weirder than weird, but you get a better gist of the story he’s trying to tell.

And I have to admit, she who loves anything to do with surfing, is hoping we get to see a lot more of those scenes in the show. These are interesting characters

What happens when a family of misfits has to go into the witness protection program? They end up in a place like “Meadowlands.” If you’re curious about the new Showtime series “Meadowlands” you can check out an episode online at http://www.sho.com/site/vip/home.do?source=m_meadowlands_vip_blogs.
