The Rising Sun Playlist

Still suffering from jet lag, I haven’t the energy or desire to even try and be as clever and witty as I think I am.

So I’m finally back from Japan, and let me tell you, that place rocks!! I’ve never been any place like it, and I can’t wait to go back sometime in the near future! It was my first vacation in about seven years, and I couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out. Aside from hanging out with friends who have been living there the past year, and a few friendly encounters with other foreigners, I pretty much kept to myself. Between that and riding the metro and railways almost everywhere, I had a lot of time to kick back and listen to music. Some selections were made based on the fact that the artists actually hailed from Japan, while others, I genuinely felt that they set the mood for my travels, especially those rides on the bullet train.
