Tired of reading about comics? Give your eyes a rest with these sultry podcasts.
Here’s tip for those interested in starting a podcast. Record yourself talking for thirty minutes and force yourself to listen to it. That’s what you will be putting us through.
Here’s what has happened since Sunday.
4/27 Comic Geek Speak hates local comic shops with all the DCBS BS. Oh wait, They talk about FCBD, so suck it DCBS!
4/27 iFanboy wishes for a group intervention for Flash. And many other reviews to fall asleep to.
4/27 Just Bill’s Comic Drawer box laments the rules of giving perspective on comics, thread highjacking
4/28 About Heroes celebrates 100 episodes, gets drunk and makes prank phone calls to people they already know. Tragically, they took photos of it all.
4/28 AOTS Fresh Ink‘s Blair Butler went over the sad reality that NYCC was just one big teaser trailer fest.
4/28 Around Comics gets around to reading Run Home. Shame on you for taking so long.
4/28 Comic Book Noise reviews JLA #20, Dynamo 5 #12, Northlanders #5, Infinite Horizon #2 and #3, Checkmate #25, Mice Templar #4, Noble Causes Vol. 1, and gawks at car wrecks.
4/28 Birds of Geek chat with Tony Lee at NYCC and get all the dirt on British comics and the Eagle Awards story. But it was totally inaudible from their accents.
4/28 Comic Book Page compare the size of their comics stack and try to make heads or tails of the DC/Wildstorm mash-up.
4/28 Comic Timing gets stood up by their date and console themselves in a pint of Hagen Dazs for the next two hours.
4/28 I Read Comics talks about Dan Dare, and Megas so we don’t have to. Also, Miyazaki films, Eric Shanower’s OZ stories and more awesomeness (yes I’m biased).
4/28 Kryptographik is in a transition, so we’re getting short episodes while they sort it out. Reviews Darkness: Butcher.
4/29 Indie Comic Book Noise‘s Derek Coward guest hosts gives a break down of Wednesdays indie comics.
4/29 Oh snap! AOTS Fresh Ink‘s Blair Butler didn’t care for Countdown… nor anyone else. Reviews for Abyss, She-Hulk, Hulk, Star Wars Dark Times, totally plugs Manhunter.
If I haven’t listened to you yet, let me know! Fanboy Radio and I Read Comics aren’t getting along with my iTunes, so I’m trying to fix that.
