as a matter of fact I do; I used to be a gym rat, played Rugby and Football in high school, so I can give you a pointer or 2.. I gotta run some errands right now, but I’ll put something together for you. Two pieces of very quick advice: If you join a gym DO NOT get a personal f*cking trainer(waste of time and money) and secondly, remember high repetitions, lower weight if you want to get leaner. Thirdly(I’m on a small roll here), stick to free weights with a sprinkling of some machines at the gym, using free weights forces you to use other muscle groups to act as stabilizers(thus, working them out in a subtle, yet effective way). Fourth(and like a mogwai), do not eat late at night, you will have no hope if you do as you can’t burn the excess calories off at that point. Fifth, eat more veggies, less carbs, unless they are browns/whole grains.. That’s all for now, once you clarify if you’ll be going to a gym, I can give you a regimen of sorts if needed…
