Big Red Podcast is on hiatus this week so that Derek can.. I have no idea what Derek would do on a Sunday. And so that I can do glorious yard work and Deeps can “supervise” from inside the house watching his giant backlog of stuff on the DVR.

I picked a beautiful day for it too - 42 F and dank.

Anyway, we’re back next week and while I was perusing the TV schedule I noted that BBCA is debuting a new season of Wire in the Blood, we’ll have fresh episodes of The Office, and I think some Dr. Who and Sarah Jane adventures are debuting on Sci-Fi. Someone made me watch My Name is Earl and my soul died a little.

And of course our favorite whipping post, Torchwood. A decent but not overwhelming selection of shows for discussion....

So what are you watching and what are we missing out on?

Deeps is a big fan of Top Chef and I believe he’s been watching No Reservations as well. For a man who cannot cook, he’s awfully fascinated by food shows.

Well, I only get BBCA but I’m willing to look at other sources for shows. Can I watch it online?

Come to think of it, your take on Ninja Warrior might be quite refreshing.  It’s on G4, always.

F13, I’m a huge No Reservations fan and Bizarre Foods has made me gag on a couple of occasions.  The one where Zimmerman eats the stinky tofu, that shit looked so vile.

haha The fried stinky tofu stuffed with spicy cabbage didn’t look too bad but the REALLY stinky tofu was awful.

I think they play The Mighty Boosh on BBCA, maybe

So I was talking to a guy at work the other day and he asked me if I’m a Red Sox fan. I declared that not only am I not a fan, I really find baseball boring. Then I added that I like Ninja Warrior.

He just kind of shook his head and walked off.

I know. I wasn’t a Cubs fan for all the years I lived in Chicago either.

I’ll check to see if Deeps wants to see Zombie Strippers. I’m going out on a limb to guess he’ll pass.  Perhaps we could meet up at the Cambridge Beerworks before to have a drink.
