So I just got Inside in the mail and I might be crazy, but the trailer for Storm Warning looked really good to me for some reason.  Anyway, back to the film…

I have over 200 movies in my queue,  but the top ones coming to me are: The Case of the Bloody Iris, Wrestlemaniac, Thriller: They Call Her One Eye (this one I’m keeping an eye on.  It may keep moving down), Black Kiss, and Glass Dolls.  I just watched Your Vice is a Locked Room and Only I have the Key and I loved it.  Every time I listen to Cinema Diabolica, my queue gets bigger.

I don’t know what I’d do if I had every single spot in my Queue filled… I’m very slow with the actual watching of the films (it can take me up to two weeks to send all five back), so it’d take me a long f**king time to watch them all. I need to develop some type of system…

Anyways, I just watched Friday the 13th: Part III and Unbreakable. Can’t say I really liked the former, but I loved Unbreakable. Sam Jackson for the win.

P.S. Anybody care to take a look at my Queue and tell me which five movies I should choose next? I need to start prioritizing.

Figured I could put my two cents in on a few of your choices.

2. Tron - I rented this awhile back from Netflix and I remember enjoying it but not thinking it lived up to the hype it had built up.
6. Top Secret - A childhood favorite stolen from blockbuster by my dad when I was very young. I don’t know if it holds up, but Val Kilmer is great. It parodies Blue Lagoon, most Elvis movies, and Dirty Dozen along with a handful of other movies. You have to be in the mood for ridiculous and retarded humor.
20. All About Eve - A good movie, but not great. I’ve heard people say it’s on par with Sunset Blvd., but I disagree, it’s not as good.
29. Phantom of Paradise - I’ve been meaning to see this ever since I heard it has a character that’s a rock singer who’s a blend of Bowie and Elvis that goes by the name Beef.
30. The Sword of Doom - I bought this as a blind buy years ago and I got lucky. It’s got some great samurai action with enjoyable violence. Definitely lives up to its name.
31. City of Fire - Watched this a couple years back and remember enjoying it, thinking that the story followed along the same lines as Reservoir Dogs (since Tarantino lifted the story directly from it) but other than that not seeing too many correlations between the two.  Solid action flick worthy of a night at Grindhouse.
33. Diabolique - A good story that I never thought of as too frightening (which it’s been labeled as for awhile now) just intriguing and worthy of a watch. The twists and turns are well accompanied by the black and white film. Although I hate the term “thriller” this definitely perfects that genre and is a go-to for anyone wondering what a “thriller” should be.
40. Stepfather II - a fun movie. And same as the first, Terry O’Quinn makes the movie worth seeing. It’s also funny to see what’s her smurfin crazy-eyes from Hellraiser act in another movie (as always).
41. The Right Stuff - rad.
46. Cannibal Ferox - I remember seeing but other than that don’t remember a goddamn thing.
