This is true Sir, there is something about the sound of a Mopar with glasspacks or straight pipes firing up and rattling the windows of your house.....music to my ears and oddly where I live every weekend there is a muscle car show somewhere....and there are Mopars aplenty....seriously consider the Bronson show as I am a huge fan of the old tough guy movies from the 70’s.....they just made those types of films better then, today’s cinema tough guys are chumps....they just dont have the charisma that Bronson, Eastwood, Reynolds or Marvin. Some call it one dimensional acting but I think Steve McQueen proved that minimal is the best acting for tough guy films.
Wouldnt you guys also agree that Walter Hill is one of the few directors who managed to basically keep making exploitation films in Hollywood after the 70’s heyday?
One last thing for the record, I am more of a GM enthusiast, favorite automobile of all time is the 66 Chevy Chevelle, beautiful car. But I do love those early Dodge Challenger’s and Plymouth Barracuda’s quite a bit. I drive a Ford F-150 to and from work, but I got a deal that was a steal on it, not a Ford guy but its been great and very reliable. Just bought a Nissan Pathfinder for my wife that is very sweet......later.
