Now I’m not for the death penalty but since we have one in Texas and we’re so quick to use it, why don’t we use it when it really matters. Say like when two people cause 100’s of people to lose their retirement savings and unknown hardships fall on them. Jeff Skilling and Ken Lay have done far more damage and destroyed more lives than a hundred Jeffery Dahmer’s. Instead of executing the mentally handicapped why not fry these two rats.
