NAVARRE CORPORATION’S BCI ANNOUNCES INK & PAINT BRAND
Label To Be Devoted To Classic Animated Programming

Los Angeles, CA – As it continues to release a full array of classic animated television programs and movies, BCI, a wholly owned subsidiary of Navarre Corporation, has announced the formation of its Ink & Paint brand. The announcement was made today by Jeff Hayne, Director of Acquisitions, BCI
“We have had tremendous success over the past year with the distribution of a variety of classic animated programming, reaching out to audiences both young and old,” said Hayne. “As we continue to reach licensing agreements with a variety of production companies and studios, we decided the time was right to put all of these projects under one roof. We’re looking forward to having this new brand set a standard in the industry.”
The Ink & Paint brand will be devoted to bringing to DVD the best classic animated television shows and movies from the ‘70s, ‘80s and ‘90s. Along with its first three DVD volumes in the He-Man and the Masters of the Universe® series, BCI’s Ink & Paint brand will also include such upcoming titles as: She-Ra, Princess of Power®; Flash Gordon; Prince Valiant; and The Groovy Goolies; Blackstar and Space Sentinels & Freedom Force.
Titles released in the Ink & Paint brand will feature a variety of extras, including: documentary featurettes; interviews with creators, writers, directors, artists and voiceover actors; audio commentaries; storyboards, trivia, scripts, background cells; and character profiles.
