Well, it looks like the worst of Chico’s very own Katrina is over. Power is restored to most of the city, but there are still thousands without power in Chico and much of the North State. If anyone wants to donate to the <a >Chico Refuge Fund</a> (read: PaperBag Radio’s bank account), then please do so. We all know we can’t count on FIMA to do squat.
