Hello from Delaware! I just recently subscribed to CinemaDiabolica and i love it.
I love freak out movies, horror, sci-fi, art films, exploitation, whatever....as long as its freaky, or mind-blowing
My faves are too many to name/ but after listening to a few of your podcasts, I went up in the attic and grabbed
the Shrieking (awesome freak-out scene, and gary busey,scott glenn as bikers!),Rabid,DeathRace2000,DeathSport,Superchick,DawnoftheDead,Oliver Stone’s Seizure,CombatShock,PornoHolocaust,IDrinkYourBlood,Bloodfreak,Carny(more Gary Busey),Blood Sisters,Women’s Penetentiary III,LegendOfThe7GoldenVampires,TNTJackson,and Ms. 45
So there’s an example of my taste (or lack of)
Hope my VCR can handle it.

Hell-O Everyone.

I recently discovered the Cinema Diabolica Podcast and I am almost caught up to the most recent episode.  I like to start at number one and work my way up and I am almost kind of sad to catch up only to find myself waiting a week for another show.  I find by far, this is the best podcast out there discussing the kind of films that I enjoy and grew up watching.  I am an illustrator and author originally from the East Coast and now currently stuck living in the Mid-West.  On the side I act in indie horror films and also have done fight choreography and worked behind the scenes.  A pleasure it is to join this group of film fanatics – it brings back memories and at times introduces me to a film that I should check out.  Thanks.

Hi Everyone I am Jason newbie here on the forums. Not really sure if I signed up properly to the CD forums or if you just sign up with Popsyndicate, regardless I am here. Been a fan of horror for quite some time now, and with this great Podcast of Cinema Diabolica I am just now starting to get into the good stuff. You guys offer a great weekly podcast in which I am thankful I have found. I am now starting in with Exploitation, Giallo etc. Some movies however are a real bitch to find. Keep up the good work F13 and DZ you have got a new follower.

Hey, just started checking out the show, and despite F13’s horrid taste in music, I found the show very well researched and intelligently discussed. In the same way a troma-cast would have low production standards and barely coherent babbling, Cinema Diabolica actually reflects the high standard of the movies watched, with an equally high standard cast. You guys can also be pretty smurfin funny. I’ll be listening for awhile.- Joe

Hello There!

I just signed up on this forum and thought I introducing myself. I am Robtch and I am a listener from Sweden.

Thanks for reading my e-mail on your show. I wrote to you about a movie called “Superstition”, the title in the USA is “The Witch”.

Keep up the good work and it was nice to hear that you are planning to do some westerns as well.

Also your new website design looks wonderful!

Looking forward to reading and maybe posting a few dumb questions now and then on the forum. I am not a huge horror movie fan, but a good movie is a good movie, no matter what type or genre it is.

Robtch, Sweden

PS. This is really nerdy… but I think the singer Metal Mike (?) was thinking of in the last episode is Mick Hucknall from Simply Red.

Hello Everybody,
My name is Scorn Mandible. I like all movies as long as they’re Australian. I only like 1 non Aussie movie: “X-tro”...... with the tag line.... “not all Extra Terrestrials are friendly”

Scorny - having listened to those voicemails to the show, I just know that you and I can share memories of Prisoner Cell Block H, Sons and Daughters and Blue Heelers together.  It’s a beautiful thing.

Xtro did for the British film industry what Ken Russell keeps trying to do and fails to acheive - it killed it for a few months.  If the Canadians hadn’t taken over for the sequels, we may never have had Four Weddings… I can never forgive them for that.

Is this a comment on his love of Miley Cyrus or in general? He really can’t get enough of her and he does have brochures for some scenic rehabs to get over it.

I’m Nick a.k.a. Nikolai. I’m pushing the ancient age of 25 and I hail from Massachusetts where everything sucks and therefore we watch movies all day. My favorite movies are Jacob’s Ladder, Cannibal Holocaust and Fight Club and I listen to way too many different kinds of music.

So, uh… Hi.

Hi everyone, i’m Paul from England. Found the podcast recently and it’s my new favourite. I’ve been looking for an entertaining cult, exploitation etc. cast for ages!
I’m 34 and love movies from the 60’s and 70’s. I’ve been interested in exploitation movies for years and it’s great to hear from other like minded souls.

Hey all. I’m Gavin from England. Big horror and cult movie fan and have been for many years now. I’m 25 years old and work as a nightporter. In my spare time I make films. Just finishing the first feature film, a zombie flick (yeah I know, something original). But what I really want to be doing is more art house stuff. I’m a pretentious arse at heart. Been listening to the show since christmas and finaly decided to pull my finger out and join.
