Jawesome!  I started listening to the Break Room around the same time you guys started doing this show and I’ve got to say that I like both quite a bit.  This one just downloaded, so I’ma listen to it on the drive home.

This might be a first.  I agree with everything you guys said. Sweeney Todd was just ok.  Sondheim is known for his unique song writing style.  Very disjointed and he loves to have people singing over each other with different lines. 

There Will Be Blood is a really good movie with awesome performances.  It does run about 15 minutes too long but otherwise, top notch film.

I just downloaded. .  errr. . . rented both of those movies and I look forward to checking em out.  I saw Sweeney Todd in San Fransisco a few years back and wasn’t terribly impressed. I’ve never been a big fan of Sondheim.  I’m more a Rogers and Hammerstein guy.  But I am a big fan of Tim Burton.  There Will Be Blood i’ve really looked forward to, but I just recently saw No Country for Old Men and was really unimpressed.  I know they’re different flicks, but they were both the big hitters of recent date. ..  I’m hoping Blood will be better
