I love Iron Giant too, but I there’s only room for one robot that’ll make me cry this year, and that distinction most assuredly goes to Wall-E.

Surely you mean Johnny 5 made you cry in both masterpieces Short Circuit 1 and 2. Or maybe it was Fisher Stevens in brownface. That made me cry too....
