I liked it a lot. The writing was way better than I expected. It was a fairly simple story too, but still accomplished a lot.
I liked the inside stuff like Bixby, Ferrigno, and theme music. Using the tv show as it’s foundation while adding a twist to it was a very smart move.
I didn’t care for the way in which Stark made his appearance. It suggests a shady duplicity for the Avengers Initiative. I’ve not read any of the Ultimates line, so if that’s how they handle the Avengers now-a-days I’ll have to say I don’t like the idea much.
I wonder if we will see Doc Samson and The Leader break out and show us some gamm-awesomeness in the next film. Did you guys catch those references?
