Dammit, did you put your balls on the mic.? Man…...
Well listener, enjoy spooky Friday the 13th hijinx. We play sleepover games and review Fear Itself, Freddy tells a ghost story and we scare Andy to death. So maybe the ball thing was payback?

Also, we want ghost stories at Yo’Shit on our site. Share ‘em….. Also please fill out the podcast survey that is posted here:

A very fun episode, but I was kind of disappointed that you couldn’t contact Fatty Arbuckle.

FYI:

The Search for the new Elvira aired last year and it was awesome.  It was 4 episodes long and only played on the FOX REALITY channel.  It involved a gaggle of hot wannabes being put through scream tests and being electrocuted by Elvira when they failed.  She even cooked the Playboy girlfriend chick because she was blonde.  The judges were 2 Elvira drag Queens and some horror guests.  And there was a midget.  I think there are links to clips through her myspace page.

It was pretty great for Elvira fans and I hope it comes out on DVD.

PS: although I had a thing for the Asian Elvira, she picked the best one.

I think Warthogs are Beautiful, but people think I’m ugly.  So I guess that makes me stupid.

Another episode, another walk through my neighborhood with my iPod on, laughing out loud like a crazy person…

So the slumber party…..some things worked, others didn’t. The Ouija board does not make for good radio, I’m afraid. But I really did like the Bloody Mary portion - I think it was a great idea to send everyone into the room alone to record their experience.  You need to do more scary-location podcasting. Any nearby haunted houses?

I wish everyone had tried to pull a prank like Andy did with his balls.
“Since I’m in here alone, no one will know that I’m pulling out my pubic hair and sprinkling it into this can of mixed nuts.”
“I’m finally alone with Freddy’s computer, I’m going to email some pornography to his mom.”

Also - more ghost stories! I know it will make Andy pee his pants, but I like when you guys get into urban legends, local ghost stories or creepy family histories. I wish I had some scary stories to tell, but nothing freaky ever happens to me. I was once in Scotland in the middle of the night during a full moon, started out at Loch Ness, and drove into the woods of the highlands to the cabin where we were staying.  If there was ever an opportunity for me to encounter a monster, werewolf, or ghost that was it, but nothing happened. I was so disappointed.

Mirrors have always freaked me out, ever since I heard about the Bloody Mary legend when I was a kid. To this day, if I’m in a pitch dark room with a mirror in it, I get a little uneasy. Does anyone besides me remember an episode of a horror anthology series back in the 80’s (I don’t remember which one), where the main character kept seeing a hooded figure behind them whenever they looked in a mirror, and every time they saw it it was a little bit closer? That scared the crap out of me for a long time.

This is by far the best Andy content ever on the show.  Bummer about the Quija.  Maybe you should have just told ghost stories.

Just posted some photos I took while we were recording #101 at the MySpace page - myspace.com/nightofthelivingpodcast. I refrained from posting the video of us playing “light as a feather, stiff as a board” b/c you can sorta kinda see up Andy’s shorts. We may talk about porn, but we don’t make it. On purpose anyway.

I was really good, though the NOTLP crew is a lot better than I could ever be than deciding againts the obvious (spooking Andy), instead going for the Chiz-master. Andy’s obvious dread of all things paranormal makes for amusing listening, though the golden oldie of Andy and Freddie driving down some road with Andy screaming for fear of a ghost(or something like that, I can’t remember the story exactly, but I do remember laughing my ass off) is tops.

Can anyone tell me what song was playing at 54 minutes into the show? I tried, but I can’t make out the lyrics to search it out for myself.
