I watched the first ep of this series and I liked it, I was not sure what it would be like as there has been a few vampire series on TV latley and I was not a fan of them.  I will throw in one warning about the show, the language is similar to Dexter with the F-Bomb being droped and I was more surprised to hear the C-Bomb being droped.  Now I have seen a lot of movies and Tv shows with adult language but hearing the C-Bomb being droped still shocked me.

So anyone else see this yet?

No Special Cable channels for me.  But I do want to see it to see how they have adapted the Charlaine Harris novels.

So this leaked on the Internet last week. I haven’t watched it yet because I’m not inclined to watch stuff from torrents.

That said, with the massive leaks of pilots last week I think most of these leaks were publicity stunts, so I’m more inclined to watch.

I read one Charlaine Harris novel and thought it was about 50 kinds of awful. But apparently I’m an over-educated snob - so what do I know?

Just because I didn’t like the source material doesn’t mean it isn’t going to be a good TV show. Of course, HBO isn’t exactly batting 1000 lately. Aside from Conchords their new series have largely been terrible.
