There is a lot of people in the South that say “pop”.....believe it or not most people I know just call everything Coke…...“i need a coke” and then they come out with a Sunkist Orange Soda….so Coke pretty much covers the whole range of chioces evidentally…...

Or Klenex or Band-aid.  The ultimate in “Branding”.  In Texas everything is a “coke” including Dr. Pepper and Big Red.
