On another note…episiotomy?  I hope you haven’t needed one.  For anyone who does not know, a tracheotomy is a hole you make to “let the blood come out”, while an episiotomy is a cut you make to let the baby come out.  It’s a toss up whether an episiotomy or a chest tube is the most savage and brutal procedure I have ever had to do.
