Awesome week so far. I just watched Rumpelstiltskin, and it was pretty incredible. Think Leprechaun meets Duel.

Spoiler alert!  We loved it too.

I’m really glad that it didn’t suck, because we needed some good shit this week.  Things were looking grim for a while there.

Things are looking way, way up for the Spooktacular. I’m incredibly curious about Matango in particular.

EDIT: Post #1,666! I feel so special.

Turns out Matango is actually pretty excellent. I really, really dug it. Much more serious than I expected.

Triple post! Yeah, so, I saw In My Skin (finally). I guess I liked it. Wasn’t nearly as gruesome as I was led to believe.

You’re too tough for me, Tony.  In My Skin creeps me the phuck out.

There were definitely some squirm-inducing moments, but I was expecting some seriously balls-to-the-wall gore. Still, I’m glad I finally saw it.

I was looking up Rumpelstilkskin on Netflix. Apparently, there’s a kid version of the story as well and on one of the reviews a customer tried to get the kid version but they got the film’s mixed up and they were very angry.

Is this a movie where a mix up with a kid’s film could be awkwardly hilarious? Just wondering.

That’s awesome, although the horror version isn’t so bad that it would totally phuck a kid up.  Maybe the eyeball eating scene at the beginning.  Maybe.

Also, I think you’re the guy that called into OTC and made me crazy at work.  If it is you, then I hope you weren’t talking about us.  If you were, then the horror trivia challenge still stands.  Either way, I always love seeing new people on the boards.  Very few of our fans are vocal in the way that most other podcasts are, so it makes me happy to see a new face (so to speak).

Whoa. ShowShow76 is long. I guess I should’ve expected a super episode with a movie like Lady Terminator.

I think I derailed this episode with talk of the mythical land that is Canada…and all the Alan bashing.

All in all a really fun show though.  I do believe that we’ll have another special guest (or two) on the show in the near future.  One is someone we all know and the other is one of the best comic book artists out there today (with a film coming to theaters soon and another in development).

Hooray!
