The Short Road to 450

I have but only a week or so to drop 25 pounds (getting me down to a more doable 450) in time for the 100th episode of ShowShow. What I need from you are some ideas for drastic weight loss. I’ll eat acai berries, I’ll run up a mountain with a man tied uponst my back, I’ll shave my chins even! Listen, just help a gal out. I can’t be the ONE fat chick podcasting through the airwaves. I JUST CAN’T - I WON’T.

I need to be in prime hotness shape in time for my summer podcasting - I bought a new one-piece suit and I can’t return it because I already spilled some chocolate on it. So, give me your ideas and I’ll try them.

Extreme weight loss in a short time frame is unhealthy. It’s also not likely to be permanent.

If this is a joke thread, on the other hand, I suggest Googling the video ’ glass ass ’ and watch it every time you sit down to eat.

Some might say that a break up is extreme weight loss in a short period of time, and said break up might be deemed healthy for all parties involved. So there to your cautious nature, DZ Favorite.

As for the video I shall watch while I eat this sweet potato smothered in butter, gravy and maple syrup.
