After last week’s epic hour-plus episode, we dialed it back this week with a Derek Report, the Party Down finale and the new Fox series Glee.

Plus we’re taking time to finish up our book club entry: Pride and Prejudice and Zombies. Yes, it’s a real book. Check out Hodge Blodge for my discussion about the book with Katie!

We’re on hiatus next week but will be back for the first Sunday in June.

I was afraid you took this week off. Your podcast hasn’t shown up in iTunes but it might be there this morning.

There it is…but it’s only half an hour…you make me sad.

Awww…you didn’t like Glee. I didn’t like it at first but it grew on me towards the end. I think it will be darker than most people expect. I have hopes that the created of Nip/Tuck won’t just do a routine show. Pretty/Handsome was incredible.

Wait..did I miss you talking about the return of In Plain Sight?

I forgot how morally compromised the teacher makes himself in Election. And so there’s another derivative.

I don’t know if Glee would grow on me. I watched a couple of seasons of Nip/Tuck but dropped out after the Carver storyline. Terrible.

We decided not to talk about In Plain Sight because not enough of us had seen episodes to discuss. We’ll pick it up when we get back from our hiatus (okay - we have to go to a wedding and recording with a hangover is never good).

And we’ll try to ramble on longer next time. I thought after three weeks of 50+ minute shows we should get back to our sweet spot of 35-40 minutes.
