You’ll also be thrilled to follow “Feast Watch.” The crew is really excited about the release of this movie and if it does well the director may do a couple really shitty sequels.
I know it sounds like I have stock in the CDs but I highly recommend everyone buy the archive CD and take a walk down memory lane of the last three years in awful horror and comedic nonsequitors.
“Chicken pot pies.”
“Die you cocksucking sonsabitcheeeeees.”
“Lionsgate. Ugh.”
“I am Phlegm di Gargoyle!”
“ANDY!”
“News! News! News! News! Newsnews. Newsnews.”
Etc, etc, etc.
I like NOTLP because they make me laugh, and because we all share a love for horror. Sometimes I find myself talking to my iPod agreeing or disagreeing with someone at NOTLP. Every time I put an episode on I am guaranteed a good laugh. They’re not afraid to express their opinions, doesn’t matter if it’s vaguely racist(but we all know it’s all in good fun). I like NOTLP because it makes me think, laugh, and express my own opinion. I cant go a day without putting on an episode.
I’m going to jump in here because I just discovered the show and figured this is a good place to make my first post and say why I love NOTLP too.
First, I never had any interest in podcasts until my buddy Johnny (who’s been on the show before) told me how great NOTLP was. I started listening a few weeks back and I’m totally and completely hooked.
When I listen to the gang, it’s like being back with my old group of friends. Talking about movies good and horrible. Going to flea markets, collecting crap, going to conventions, hell… even playing D&D. To be honest, the fact that it’s a horror podcast is secondary. I love horror, dont get me wrong. But this group of awesome people seem like long lost pals and that’s pretty damn cool.
Keep up the great work guys and gals, I look forward to meeting you in person at HHW Cincinnati!

I just remembered, Erica I think we met briefly at a Horror Hound before. I was working at the Hollywood Heroes booth (we had the Freddy vs Jason butt bumpers) and eating leftover Pizza Hut from the night before, you came over and got a bread stick. Good times!
I dont know why it took me over a year to check you guys out, but I’m glad I finally did!
My love for NOTLP goes back to episode 2 and Kelley’s flawless Zombie Contingency Plan. Years later I have no idea how I stumbled across the show. To explain my love of the crew I have to reminisce a bit.
You see I had this close group of friends in college that had a sense of humor EERILY similar to that of the NOTLP crew. When I discovered the show I was about 3 years out of college with a real grown up job. Needless to say those friends also have jobs now and are spread across the grand state of Illinois; most are recently married (including myself); and are starting families. We’re still close, but things are not quite the same as they were during our care-free college years. Listening to NOTLP every week helps bring me back to those years and that humor.
NOTLP makes each work week just a little bit easier. I probably represent one of the more silent fans, but I am long time listener and I just wanted to voice my appreciation of Freddy, Amy, Chiz, Erica, Andy, Kelley, and Blair for producing a fantastic show each and every week and for keeping us all laughing for, (what?) 3 years now?! Thanks NOTLP…we all appreciate what you do!

Oh HIII thanks for the bread stick it really tided me over!
You listeners are the best. This thread, and all of your supportive and friendly emails and voicemails always give me (and all of the crew) the warm and fuzzies. When the zombies DO come you all have places on my survival team. We’ll be the best damn survival team in the entire post-apocalyptic future!!! AND I’ve got a record player and a bunch of great records so, BONUS!! DANCING!!!

If Michael Jackson has taught us anything(via Landis, of course), it’s that the best defense against zombies is to play music, get them synchronized dancing, and then make your escape.
