This week bust out about 20 shows - including a whopping 10 brand new shows like: Bored to Death, Accidentally on Purpose, Mercy, The Good Wife, The Forgotten, Modern Family, Cougartown, Eastwick, Flash Forward, and Brothers.

Plus we spend time returning favorites like: Mad Men, Glee, 90210, Melrose Place, Gossip Girl, Parks and Recreation, The Office, Community, Fringe and Dollhouse.

It’s a long one (well over an hour). Pack a sandwich.

From the looks of this list, I am watching about 1/4 of the TV covered on the show this week. I’m either slacking or have discriminating tastes. I think I’m probably slacking.

Also! No It’s Always Sunny? Or is that just not listed?

Sorry - we didn’t get to It’s Always Sunny…. there was just so much.

I’m still considering breaking up with Dexter. It’s on the DVR but I don’t have the heart. Last season wasn’t very good - it was okay - but not anywhere near S1 or S2. I just want to remember the greatness of the initial series. So maybe it’s time to say thanks for the memories.

As you may already know, Special Agent Lundy is back this season. How could you not want to watch the most underrated Caradine-spawn hit on younger women again?

Shudder. The last time I watched a Lundy season (aka the last good season of Dexter) I saw some Carradine caboose. It’s still etched in my skull.

I feel like that last post must be a sly reference to Lithgow’s ass-shot(s!) in the first episode of this season. If not, prepare thyself.

I think this little tidbit (which I’d seen mentioned elsewhere) is enough to help push me firmly into the camp of OUT!

Thanks for the good first and second season Dexter and the okay third season. I’ll pass on watching the slow decline of S4. I think I might return for S5, assuming that’s the last season. A go-for-broke approach to the series would probably be interesting again.
