Just got back from seeing it and enjoyed it. It is mindless entertainment.

I did not enjoy the group of 6 a-holes that talked during the whole thing and saying “ooohhh shit” when something happened. One even said it during the new Twilight preview.

I’m so f**king tired of zombies. Especially zombie comedies. I’ll probably catch this on DVD, but I have no interest in going out and seeing it.

So, you’re stoked to see yet ANOTHER remake(ANOES). Not tired of those at all. But not interested in a great film like Zombieland? Unless you want to see the remake because theyre doing something different with it, much like ZL does something different with zombies. Hmm.

I’m not interested in seeing A Nightmare on Elm Street because it’s a remake, I’m interested in seeing it because I think it looks promising. Likewise, I’m not not going to see Zombieland just because it’s a zombie movie. The trailer did nothing for me, that’s all.

How and why would I judge a movie for being a remake? I like ‘em, personally. Most of them are terrible, yeah, but you can usually tell the good from the bad a mile away.

I loved Zombieland. In fact, I’m going to see it again this weekend.

Definitely a ‘fun’ zombie movie - there’s no sense of dread that you’d get from a more serious movie, but it does kind of touch on the idea of staying positive and the necessity of companionship to keep us human.

I’ve decided that when the zombie apocalypse goes down, I’m going to find Woody Harrelson, just to have him around, however unlikely it is that he would act like his character.

Also, clowns scare the holy living hell out of me.
