Scene: It’s October 31st… Happy Halloween!
Description Items:
1) Your neighborhood, setting, etc.
2) The players - your neighbors, family, friends, et al.
3) The situation.
Kept it pretty simple in parameters and description to allow you to let loose and have more fun!
