I hope someone might be able to give me a hand.

I just bought an Ipod video and it’s the love of my life, it means i get to watch movies at work. Muahaha.
Thing is, Itunes doesn’t let me purchase movies and tv shows from their store, because they don’t provide the service to every country which i find very very odd.
Anyways, I’ve tried converting .avi files and dvds to ipod format but they end up out of synch.

Does anyone use another service to download ipod movies from the internet? I mean legally. I’ve seen a few others which offer unlimited downloads for a one time fee but I’m pretty dubious about them. Anyone tried them? Or better yet, anyone know a great program for changing movies into Ipod format?

Any information would be great, thanks.

I know you can convert certain movie files to ipod format using the Quicktime Pro player. The Pro version does cost about $30 though and it takes a long time to convert. I’m pretty it converts .avi files, though. Other than that, I don’t really know of any place to download ipod compatible movies.
