If you have to drive 100 miles in order to see this film, do it. Get to the theater and take a seat, Sit back and prepare for one hell of a ride!

I first heard about REPO! about a year ago. I didn’t really pay attention to the film until YOSHIKI (X Japan) was announced as one of the music producers for the film. With this I started to listen. Even from the start it sounded like nothing I had ever seen in a movie theater before. Now that I have seen the film… Well I’ll get into that in a bit.

The film is set in the not so distant future where organ failure is at an all time high. Citizens turn to GenCo to deliver the body parts. But this comes at a hefty price, and when you don’t follow up on a payment, you deal with the Repo Man! It follows a girl by the name of Shilo Wallace (Alexa Vega) as she breaks free from her protective father’s (Anthony Head) clutches. What shilo doesn’t know is that her father is The Repo Man!.

The film… I really don’t know what to write about this film. It’s not bad, in-fact it’s Amazing! I have not seen many rock opera’s, but the ones I have seen haven’t been my cup lf tea. Then, a film like REPO! comes along and absolutely rocks my smurfin socks!

The music is catchy and the sets are amazing. You can definitely see that everyone involved did their best to make the film as good as it could be,  I really wish I could say more but this is a film that has to be seen to be believed!

In closing I can say this. If you have to drive 100 miles in order to see this film, do it. Get to the theater and take a seat, Sit back and prepare for one hell of a ride!
