THIS SATURDAY, Oct.13 at 8:00pm
FILM FESTIVAL w/ LIVE MUSIC
at one of the strangest clubs you’ve ever been to:
Rock & Film Horror Fest at C.I.A. California Institute of Abnormal Arts 11334 Burbank Blvd, North Hollywood, CA 91601
http://www.markdoty.com/horrorfest
Featuring: KILL PROCESS, AFTER, director & f/x guru: Joe Castro, Abyssal Gems, hand-made bondage leather accessories, etc.
C.I.A. is a museum of the weird and there will be no shortage of weird when you see two short films with Doug Bradley (Hellraiser’s Pinhead) out of make-up and realize he is 10 times creepier as a crazed psycho dentist in “On Edge” a film by Frazer Lee and the chilling “Red Lines” also written and directed by Frazer Lee.
Meet the lead singer of GODHEAD, Jason Miller as he comes out to support the film he stars in “Every Day Joe” directed by Shane Cole.
This event, while hosted by Mark Doty, will feature introductions by Madame Sunset, a strong supporter of independent music and independent film.
Come out to network with make-up artists and students from M.U.D. Make Up Designery and Joe Blasco make-up f/x schools as well as make-up artists from Cinema Secrets, indie filmmakers, directors, producers, actors & writers, representatives from over fifty film production companies and genre specific press were invited as well as all our friends in the local film and music community.
