James Wong, director of "The X-Files" and "Final Destination" set to direct DBZ (or as I pronounce it) DBFNZ, with Justin Chatwin (War of the Worlds) an Son Goku, James Marsters (Spike on BTVS) as Piccolo.
Stephen Chow to produce Dragon Ball movie:

Hong Kong actor and director Stephen Chow is working with Hollywood studio Twentieth Century Fox to produce a live movie adapted from popular Japanese manga “Dragon Ball”.
