I’ve pretty much been ignoring the music scene in the last six months for some heretofore unknown reason, but after reading a press release this morning I checked out a video for Schoolyard Heroes and their song “The Plastic Surgery Hall of Fame”. Holy Pavarotti this girl can blow. The best description of Schoolyard Heroes I can think of right now is like a faster, darker, higher pitched Joan Jett mixed with bits of real Banshee.
