Well I’ve missed a few but here’s to getting back on track… yuck. It’s a Booster Gold episode… with ... ohmygod is that Michael Dorn as the hairy evil caveman character… wow, this sucks on TWO LEVELS… damn.
Let’s forget the fact that this is the premiere of Bane on Brave and the Bold (with Catman from Justice Society). Booster Gold has just sold the last of his highly doubtable dignity up the river by trying to sell his image to a toy company… a TOY COMPANY… so, Boost, why couldn’t you have perished the way your sometimes pal Blue Beetle did in this series!
So now that Boost has gone that extra 10 light years to whore off the last of his ... non existent dignity ... to try and make more money… he run off to try and join forces with Batman.. yeah, like that’ll work. Not like Batman wants the guy but ends up stuck with him since he has the means to track this immortal caveman bad guy .... immortal caveman bad guy, how lame… who is up to no good… yeah, aren’t they all. Sure, I guess this is a humor episode but I’m not all for that right now for some reason. Maybe because the humor seems rather forced and not at all good.
Second episode of failing grades already. What the hell. First off a lame-o let’s have a female character show up (Huntress) so that some kid (Blue Beetle III) can fall hotly in love with her (so filled with cliche I’m glad I forgot to review it)... now we have the Night at the Museum wannabe future Booster Gold and how he… ahem… BORROWED a super suit of the 24th Century (Captain Picard era when DC Comics did Star Trek) and became a super zero… so when did Boost get a Night at the Museum tie in job anyway… oh, right, now’s a great time to do that since the sequel is out… oh no… that isn’t Michael (I Am Weasel slash Worf) Dorn as the voice of the immortal furry hairy caveman… and the rest is anti-history. So we don’t deserve female lead characters but we deserve Booster Gold. Dammit.
Now I’m not going to start waxing poetic soon about the days I remember this show not trying our patience, huh? Because it’s starting to roll out the lame episodes and I’m beginning to wonder where the end of this long dark corridor of substandard viewing is going to happen (or when I see the light whether it’s the end or an oncoming train of worst bad). 3 Lack of Actual Dignity (that means you Boost) out of 5

Wow. Grow up. This show is for kids, NOT sad people who feel the need to insult it left and right for no reason.
